As you know, we are working toward building a galley. The reality is now hitting that while having a galley will be awesome, I'll lose my wood shop. This past week I've been working around the forecastle and pilot house to identify and complete projects that I once thought I'd put off until later but now realize I need a wood shop to build. The next handful of posts will be about these fun little projects.
Under the desk in the forecastle we had a dead space where we were planning to mount the water maker membranes. Well, the membranes ended up in the engine room so I decided to take advantage of the space and build some additional storage for office supplies.
