I have alluded to the prep station in other posts, but here is a better photo.
It's still very much under construction, but the final product will look similar to a Subway Sandwich prep bar. An evaporator plate will be mounted over the hole between that prep station and the fridge so that no air passes between the two, but both will still get nice and cold.
The fridge compressors and evaporator plated just landed in St. Thomas this week so I will get to install them soon!
