When serving the general public you are bound to end up with a few people grumbling about something. I think I just had the best complaint!
We are selling wifi in Xmas Cove.. along with Pizza and Ice Cream. A sailor did not understand that when he bought his time on the internet it started ticking down whether or not he was using it.
Sooo... I had a man at my service window yelling that our "internet deal was ludicrous" and he "didn't know the rules" and he "was furious that he had wasted his money". I smiled and calmly explained that I was happy to either refund his money or give him some free internet vouchers to pay him back. Eventually he calmed down, took some free internet vouchers, bought a pizza, and as he motored away he turned around and yelled
"You are so damn agreeable!!"
Yes. That's what we're going for.
