Sasha and I have been sailing the USVI and BVI for long enough we could do it with our eyes closed. Who need navigational equipment around here?!? We'll get to installing that once we decided to leave the area. Riiight. Last week we were sailing from Tortola to St. Thomas when we were caught in a pretty big squall. The rain was heavy enough you could not see more than twenty feet. All of a sudden the GPS on our ipad was essential and we just crossed our fingers that there were no ferries coming at us while hugging the coast as close as we dared.

As I said earlier, everything connects to the ipad seamlessly. It's about as simple a system as Sasha could create while still being solidly reliable.
